Discovery Call: Book a free consultation to understand the overview of the task you need outsourcing and what you’re looking for in a Virtual Assistant.

Agreement and Initial Invoice: Our Outsourcing Specialist will recommend the type of Virtual Assistant you need and the package options available. We currently have either Full-Time or Part-Time remote employee/s, and the price will vary depending on the type of virtual assistant, graphic designer, or web designer you need. Once the agreement and the invoice are settled, we can trigger the search for a good fit.

Vetting and Hiring: Our Operations Officer will take you through the client onboarding process so that you have the best tools to work efficiently and effectively with your Virtual Team. In this process, we are doing thorough recruitment using our proven system of filtering out candidates. This process usually takes around 1-2 weeks, but most of the time, the process takes earlier than this. We then endorse the candidate to you.

Go-Live Onboarding Call: This is where we hop on a call with you to discuss operations-specific items as you start working with your virtual assistant, graphic designers, and web designers. A dedicated manager will be assigned as your contact point for any questions or concerns.

Start Rolling! - From here on, you will start working with your virtual assistant, graphic designer, or web designer with the support of the VA manager. Our team will also have regular meetings and performance reviews and provide company benefits for your remote employee/s. We ensure that they are motivated to work and deliver exceptional results.
